The Role
Provide exceptional service to our customers. You will handle a variety of player and account queries, ensuring every interaction meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent service via chat and email, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Manage account queries and technical requests within agreed service levels.
- Accurately maintain customer data in line with AML and fraud prevention procedures.
- Drive revenue through outbound sales campaigns (note: no cold calling).
- Keep customers informed about the latest products, services, and promotions.
Requirements
Essential:
- Fluency in Finnish and English.
- Proven experience in customer service (e.g., call centre, sales, high-end retail, hospitality).
- Exceptional written communication skills and high IT literacy.
- A collaborative spirit and a creative approach to problem-solving.
