As a Financial Analyst, you'll be responsible for invoicing and PO management, providing top-notch financial analysis support to our organization. This includes reviewing and approving invoices, reconciling discrepancies, coordinating with internal stakeholders in order to resolve billing issues, managing purchase orders, and handling monthly & quarterly OPEX reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
- You'll need to be an expert with spreadsheets (think pivot tables, LOOKUPs, SUMIFs), extracting data from internal dashboards, and working with large data sets.
- Plus, you'll need to troubleshoot and resolve invoicing issues with our partners.
Skills:
- Proficiency in using Excel, pivot tables, LOOKUPs,
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills,
- Basic ability to work independently and manage your time,
- Basic knowledge of economic and accounting principles such as accruals, and reporting of financial data.
- Anaplan and Power BI experience is a plus
- Auditing experience is a plus
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, an audit / accounting role or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline required.
- An advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred
