Financial Accounting Advisory - Senior Consultant
Location: Dublin or Limerick
The Opportunity
Join a growing Financial Accounting Advisory team supporting leading financial services organisations with accounting, regulatory reporting and finance transformation projects. This role is ideal for someone looking to move from industry into advisory or expand their experience within a consulting environment.
You'll work with clients across banking, asset management, insurance and aircraft leasing, helping them navigate complex accounting and regulatory changes while improving finance processes and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical accounting and regulatory reporting advice.
- Support the implementation of new accounting standards and regulatory changes.
- Deliver finance transformation and reporting improvement projects.
- Research and resolve complex accounting and reporting issues.
- Manage client engagements and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Stay up to date with accounting, regulatory and industry developments.
About You
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- At least 3 years' experience in audit, accounting or financial reporting within financial services or professional services.
- Experience across banking, insurance, asset management or aircraft leasing is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
