Key Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close and group consolidation process
• Prepare and review journals, accruals, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions
• Produce monthly management accounts with clear analysis and insights
• Deliver financial reports and updates to senior leadership
• Partner with department heads to support financial performance and decision-making
• Coordinate annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes
• Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis
• Oversee payroll review and payment approvals
• Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and compliance
• Manage audit processes and statutory reporting requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Strong experience in financial reporting, management accounts, and consolidation
• Proven ability to deliver financial insights to senior stakeholders
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
• Strong understanding of financial controls, payroll, and payment processes
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail with strong organisational ability
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
