A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a confident and experienced Executive Assistant to join a prestigious executive search firm in their Dublin office.
In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level support, managing all aspects of administration, client management and search execution. This is a high-responsibility position requiring professionalism, discretion and diplomacy at all times.
Key Responsibilities:

Extensive diary and inbox management across multiple time zones.

Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external clients.

Coordinating travel arrangements and managing consultant expenses.

Preparing and formatting complex documents to tight deadlines.

Maintaining and updating the in-house database with precision and accuracy.

Leading and supporting project management activities to ensure timely delivery, coordinating teams and resources effectively.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Solid Executive Assistant experience - ideally gained within executive search, private equity or management consultancy.

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence and a polished communication style.

A proactive, positive and flexible approach to problem-solving

Team-player mentality, with a strong client-service focus and meticulous attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure with confidence and professionalism.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, alongside fast and accurate typing skills.

Willingness and aptitude to learn internal systems for project and database management.
