Morgan McKinley is partnering with a prestigious global law firm currently experiencing a significant period of strategic growth within their Dublin office. This is a high-performing team known for its collaborative culture and excellence in client service.
Due to an increasing pipeline of work, they are seeking ambitious Employment Associates and Senior Associates to join their expanding practice, reporting directly to the Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-stakes, international matters within a firm that truly values professional development and high-quality work.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice across a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
- Lead on corporate advisory work, providing employment law support for domestic and international M&A, reorganisations, and public listings.
- Represent a diverse portfolio of multinational and domestic clients in the WRC, Labour Court, and High Court.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex employment contracts, handbooks, and settlement agreements.
- Actively contribute to business development initiatives and maintain strong relationships with key global stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 1-6+ years PQE (Associate and Senior Associate levels will be considered).
- Proven experience in a reputable Irish or International employment law practice.
- Strong technical knowledge of Irish employment legislation and case law.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide pragmatic, commercial advice to sophisticated clients.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to mentor junior members of the team (for Senior Associate applicants).
