Director ERP

Overview
A global healthcare and distribution group is seeking a strategic Head of ERP to lead ERP transformation across its international operations. You'll define the ERP roadmap, drive system upgrades and integrations, and deliver measurable business impact through digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead ERP strategy aligned to business goals

• Oversee ERP governance, vendor relationships, budgets, and compliance

• Lead cross-functional ERP projects and system implementations

• Act as liaison between business leaders and IT

• Build and mentor a high-performing ERP team

• Ensure ROI and operational impact from ERP investments

Requirements

• 15+ years in ERP leadership (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)

• Strong commercial and strategic acumen (4+ years in a commercial role)

• Proven experience in large-scale ERP transformations

• Deep knowledge of finance, supply chain, and compliance frameworks (GxP, GDPR, SOX)

• Excellent stakeholder, team, and vendor management skills

• Degree in IT, Business, or related field; MBA preferred

• ERP and/or project certifications strongly preferred
