Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to secure an experienced Programme Delivery Lead to drive execution of a major FCA Redress Programme one of the largest structured regulatory redress exercises the UK market has faced since PPI.
This is a high-profile, contract opportunity for a senior delivery professional to take ownership of day-to-day programme execution across a complex, multi-workstream regulatory environment, working directly with executive stakeholders, regulatory teams and delivery partners.

- This is a Delivery Lead role focused on genuine ownership of delivery outcomes, not governance and reporting alone
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading day-to-day delivery of the Redress Programme, driving execution across workstreams including Policy & Regulatory, Customer Communications, Operations Readiness, Data & Analytics, Technology, Redress Calculations, and Complaints/Customer Operations
- Chairing the Programme Working Group and other governance forums, presenting to Steering Committees, Design Authorities and Executive stakeholders
- Owning programme risk, dependency and issue management, keeping delivery aligned to regulatory obligations and commitments
- Acting as the central point of coordination between business, operations, technology, policy and regulatory teams
- Maintaining an integrated programme plan and driving decision-making in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory environment
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading large-scale regulatory change, remediation or transformation programmes
- Significant delivery experience within financial services, banking or consumer finance
- Track record leading complex, multi-workstream programmes with executive visibility
- Strong governance expertise, including chairing forums and influencing senior stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
Desirable
- Experience of FCA-led remediation or redress programmes (e.g. PPI, other consumer redress schemes)
- Knowledge of Consumer Credit regulatory frameworks
- Consulting or professional services background
