Role Title: Consultant Sales Engineer
Location: Dublin / Leinster

Purpose:
My client, one of the world's largest manufacturers of air conditioning & heat pumps, is looking for an experienced sales engineer to join their successful sales team and cover the Leinster territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining a strong relationship with consultants within the territory.
- Identifying market needs in order to answer them with the most appropriate solutions and generate sales.
- Making product selections in line with the consultants needs and writing the corresponding specifications.
- Liaising closely with other teams to ensure customer expectations.
- Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.
- Executing the Consulting Sales Strategy to maximize the turnover potential.
Essential Experience:
- Must have a diploma/degree in an engineering or business domain or proven experience in the HVAC industry.
- Must have technical knowledge about HVAC.
- Keen on achieving targets and keeping track of the internal budget based on quotation & orders.
- Have a customer focused attitude.
- Strong communicator
- Confident in negotiation skills
- Well-organised and continuously looking for improvements.
- Analytical approach to solving problems.
- Open and positive minded.
- Be familiar with the current software packets (MS office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- A knowledge of CRM SAP is preferred but not necessary.
- Full drivers licence
