Overview
The Scaled Operations team manages outsourced vendor operations supporting a global operations function. This role sits within the Operations Excellence team and focuses on governance, executive communications, and program support across global stakeholders.
We are seeking a highly organised professional to support executive-level communications, governance forums, and performance reporting across multiple regions and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Communications
- Prepare executive briefs, business reviews, and operational performance updates.
- Draft external communications for vendor partners (business updates, compliance guidance, newsletters).
- Synthesize complex information into clear, concise executive-ready materials.
Governance
- Plan and coordinate governance meetings across time zones.
- Prepare and consolidate executive materials.
- Manage agendas, document decisions, and track action items.
Reporting & Tracking
- Develop reporting processes to track goals and priorities.
- Deliver monthly/quarterly progress updates for executive audiences.
Requirements
- 6-7+ years' experience in PR, technology, consulting, or similar environments, with strong executive communications exposure.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Experience working across global stakeholders and time zones.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Project/program management experience preferred.
- Advanced MS Office and Google Workspace skills.
