Positioned in Ireland-the key strategic gateway to the EU and global markets-this role offers direct exposure to complex, high-stakes technology, data, and commercial matters for domestic and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial & Tech Contracts: Draft, negotiate, and advise on complex commercial transactions, software/IT agreements, IP licensing, and tech procurement.
- Data, Privacy & AI: Advise on GDPR compliance, data security, cybersecurity, and regulatory frameworks surrounding emerging technologies.
- Multidisciplinary Projects: Collaborate closely with internal specialist teams across AI, data analytics, forensics, and consulting to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Solicitor
- 2+ years PQE in commercial tech, IP, IT contracts, and data privacy from a top-tier firm, boutique tech practice, or leading in-house team.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to turn complex tech and legal regulations into clear, practical advice.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working alongside non-legal technology and business experts.
