Salary Range: €100,000 - €110,000 (plus annual discretionary bonus)
About the Opportunity
A premier transatlantic law firm is seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Senior Associate to join its Dublin city centre practice.
This role is focused on high-stakes, business-critical disputes before the Commercial Court and High Court within an accelerated case-management framework, working alongside leading Partners on complex commercial matters.
Key Responsibilities

Commercial Litigation: Manage a broad portfolio of high-value disputes, including shareholder issues, contractual claims, urgent injunctions, professional negligence, and complex financial litigation.

High Court & Commercial Court Practice: Act directly in court proceedings, drafting pleadings, motions, and affidavits while representing clients in case management hearings and interlocutory applications.

Dispute Resolution Strategy: Develop and execute resolution strategies, including mediation, arbitration, and negotiated settlements.

Client & Partner Engagement: Work closely with lead Partners while building direct, long-term relationships with key corporate clients.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Qualification: Qualified Solicitor admitted to practice in Ireland.

Experience: 5-6 years PQE with proven, hands-on experience handling High Court and Commercial Court litigation.

Skills: Strong technical legal drafting, analytical capabilities, solid academic credentials, and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to complex disputes.
