Client Director, Pension and Employee Benefits | Dublin | Permanent / Hybrid

Job Purpose
Reporting to the Managing Director, the role holder will:
- Manage relationships with a portfolio of key corporate clients.
- Develop innovative employee benefit solutions for existing and prospective clients.
- Contribute as a member of the Senior Leadership Team to maintain and enhance our position as a market leader in Employee Benefits solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Relationship Director, delivering high-level consultancy services to key clients.
- Build and maintain strong external relationships with distribution channels, regulators, and industry bodies.
- Position our Master Trust, Defined Contribution, and Defined Benefit propositions as best-in-class across administration, investment, governance, and client experience.
- Research market trends and innovations both nationally and internationally.
- Lead on the development of new products and services.
- Prepare responses to tenders and proposition proposals.
- Actively participate in Senior Leadership Team and relevant committees.
Skills and Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of the life and pensions market and the Irish regulatory environment.
- Relevant industry qualification and understanding of customer and industry trends.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Track record in developing and executing business strategies in a B2B context.
- Inspirational leadership with strong collaboration and influence skills.
- High levels of drive, energy, and self-motivation.
- Strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.
- IT literacy with an interest in business applications of emerging technologies.
- Full, clean driving license
