Morgan McKinley are delighted to be partnered with a mission-driven, not-for-profit organisation to find a Business Transformation Programme Manager. The organisation delivers a broad range of prevention, support, and care services, alongside research and advocacy, with a strong focus on improving outcomes and continuously enhancing how services are delivered.

This role will lead a significant organisation-wide transformation programme, modernising systems, improving operational processes, and enabling more effective and scalable service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a complex, multi-stream transformation programme including systems and CRM initiatives
• Redesign and implement improved processes, operating models, and ways of working across functions
• Manage programme governance, budgets, risks, reporting, and delivery milestones
• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive alignment, engagement, and successful adoption of change

Experience required

• Significant experience in business transformation, change, or operational improvement roles
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex programmes in matrix environments
• Experience delivering systems transformation (e.g. CRM or similar enterprise platforms)
• Strong senior stakeholder management and influencing experience across multiple functions
