As a Business Analyst in IT team, you will play a key role in enhancing our systems and optimizing business processes. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead impactful projects, and contribute to our client's broader digital transformation journey. This role offers a unique blend of technical challenge, strategic thinking, and continuous learning.
Responsibilities:
TMS Management
- Ensure Treasury Management System (TMS) availability and manage incident resolution.
- Lead system upgrades, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and continuous improvement.
- Automate processes, enhance reporting, and manage system data and access.
Data Management
- Collaboration on delivery Data to Global Data Warehouse with Group Data management team.
- Working with Group IT Power BI on data extraction from Global Data WarehouseTroubleshooting data delivery/ data quality/ data governance matters as they arise.
Project Management
- Plan, document, and prioritize Treasury IT projects.
- Develop business cases, specifications, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver results.
Technology Transformation
- Identify and implement tech solutions to streamline operations.
- Align system functionality with evolving business needs.
- Drive automation to reduce manual effort and risk.
IT Architecture & Data Governance
- Document Treasury IT landscape, data flows, and system interfaces.
- Support decommissioning of legacy systems and enhance security protocols.
Control & Audit
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for audits and regulatory reporting (SOC, SWIFT, AIC).
Relationship Management
- Foster strong relationships with our client's TMS provider
- Collaboration and co-operation with Group relevant specialist technical teams and non technical teams across different countries.
- Lead quarterly reviews to align on performance, enhancements, and future plans.
What We're Looking For
- A strong understanding of financial services, Treasury, and IT systems.
- Degree /qualifications in any of the following Business / IT/ Data/ project management.
- Experience with Financial Services system e.g. banking, Treasury etc
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong Excel skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
- A genuine interest in how systems work and a drive to improve them.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of taking ownership and driving tasks forward with minimal supervision.
