We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Building Services Design Consultancy based in Dublin, who are seeking experienced Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to join their growing team. Role Overview
As a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in the full lifecycle of building services projects-from concept design through to site inspection and commissioning. You'll work closely with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver cutting-edge, energy-efficient systems tailored to each project.
Key Responsibilities

Develop mechanical or electrical system designs and specifications

Perform engineering calculations and ensure compliance with industry standards

Produce high-quality technical drawings and reports using Revit, AutoCAD, Hevacomp, Dialux, etc.

Manage or contribute to project teams depending on your experience level

Attend site meetings and liaise with clients and contractors
Candidate Profile
-
Degree-qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)

3+ years (Intermediate) to 8+ years (Senior) experience in building services design

Strong software proficiency in relevant design tools

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Chartered status or working towards it (especially desirable for senior roles)
