What is the Opportunity?
Provide support to the Group Client KYC team by performing customer due diligence, client risk assessment and other first line of defence (LOD) AML/KYC activities across EU markets.
What Will You Do?
Work as part of the Group Client KYC team, completing all remediation tasks in line with internal audit and regulatory timelines.
Perform client risk scoring, client identification, and AML/KYC documentation reviews, including refresh and remediation of the existing client base.
Follow AML/KYC remediation processes and ensure all required controls and approvals are completed.
Track and report on individual file progress, including completion percentage, sign-off status, pending responses and action plans.
Provide proactive support to internal stakeholders and client-facing staff on KYC/AML queries.
Share feedback and respond to day-to-day questions relating to client reviews across all risk categories.
Gather and share stakeholder feedback to enhance quality and client experience.
Support the implementation of special projects and initiatives as assigned by the team lead or manager.
What Do You Need to Succeed?
Business-level Dutch (required).
Previous AML/KYC experience and understanding of various client structures (corporates, funds, SPVs, trusts).
Solid knowledge of European and Luxembourg AML/KYC regulatory frameworks.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing priorities while adhering to policies and procedures.
Ability to work effectively with Compliance, Audit and Risk teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to exercise sound judgment, confidentiality and discretion.
Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
Nice to have: a relevant third-level business qualification or professional certification (e.g., ACAMS, Compliance or Financial Crime certifications).
