We are seeking a Office Administrator to join the HR team in a prominent company in the financial services sector with a base in Dublin City Centre
The ideal candidate will be an agile and detail-oriented individual with a passion for helping coordinate events and stakeholder management. This role requires strong analytical skills to help shape career development initiatives for the firm's employees
They offer a flexible working pattern with 1 day per week in office working on a 6 month contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage a diverse range of internal events, workshops, and briefing sessions, including those for the graduate program.
- Engage with and manage relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Analyse data to identify development opportunities and support the evolving needs of the organisation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on career development and online promotional tools, offering demonstrations and creating support materials.
- Oversee and promote employee volunteer initiatives, managing communications and coordinating with partner organizations
- Providing administrative support to the senior HR team
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience working as an office administrator in a corporate environment
- Full working authorisation in Ireland
- Available for an immediate start
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and master new software
- Experienced Microsoft Office user
- Excellent organisational skills
