Job Description We are looking for someone to join our growing
stores/parts department. The ideal candidates should be
comfortable working with the public on a day to day basis.
Role
Ensure the speedy parts supply appropriate to the
demand of the customer or in-house service department
Ensure Supply times, parts issue and invoicing is correct
Ensure that the appearance of the parts department
contributes to the reputation of Nunan Farm Machinery at
all times.
Accept telephone enquiries and e-mails in a timely
manner -follow through to sale
All administration paperwork should be clear and filed
according to parts procedures
Book in parts where necessary
The ideal candidate would have experience in a similar
role or someone who would be enthusiastic and have the
right attitude would grow into the role.
Requirements
High standard of work with strong attention to detail
Computer literacy
Strong communication skills with the ability to work well
as part of a team.
The ability to understand the parts and give advice to
customers.
An interest in agriculture and garden machinery
applications.
