Store Operative

Job Description We are looking for someone to join our growing
stores/parts department. The ideal candidates should be
comfortable working with the public on a day to day basis.

Role

 Ensure the speedy parts supply appropriate to the
demand of the customer or in-house service department
 Ensure Supply times, parts issue and invoicing is correct
 Ensure that the appearance of the parts department
contributes to the reputation of Nunan Farm Machinery at
all times.
 Accept telephone enquiries and e-mails in a timely
manner -follow through to sale
 All administration paperwork should be clear and filed
according to parts procedures
 Book in parts where necessary
 The ideal candidate would have experience in a similar
role or someone who would be enthusiastic and have the
right attitude would grow into the role.

Requirements

 High standard of work with strong attention to detail
 Computer literacy
 Strong communication skills with the ability to work well
as part of a team.
 The ability to understand the parts and give advice to
customers.
 An interest in agriculture and garden machinery
applications.
