Core Responsibilities
- Market Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish and Portuguese-market inquiries, providing clear guidance to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- HCP Contract Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of agreements, ensuring strict adherence to both SLAs and regional compliance mandates.
- Integrity & Transparency: Lead the monitoring of Anti-Corruption protocols and Transparency reporting to maintain the company's global reputation.
- Operational Oversight: Utilize data dashboards to track workflow distribution, ensuring the Spanish and broader European desks meet all critical deadlines.
- Strategic Analysis: Evaluate KPIs and performance metrics, translating data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Process Evolution: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and contribute to global projects that refine how the team operates across borders.
- Cross-Regional Support: While focusing on Spain, you will utilize your multilingual skills to provide backup for other territories (such as Portugal) as required.
