    Site Engineer - High-Rise Residential Development | Cork City

    Salary of €65,000 - €70,000 (depending on experience)

    Company vehicle or vehicle allowance

    Opportunity to work on one of Cork City's most significant residential developments

    An established Cork-based residential developer is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a flagship high-rise residential project in Cork City. The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of a landmark development comprising approximately 200 apartments.

    This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected developer with a strong pipeline of residential projects across Munster.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Setting out and surveying works across all stages of construction.
    • Managing and maintaining accurate site records and as-built information.
    • Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with design drawings, specifications and quality standards.
    • Coordinating with site management, subcontractors, design teams and consultants.
    • Assisting with quality control procedures and inspections.
    • Monitoring progress and supporting project delivery against programme targets.
    • Promoting and maintaining the highest standards of health and safety on site.

    Requirements

    • Degree qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
    • Minimum 4 years' experience working as a Site Engineer on residential, commercial or civil engineering projects.
    • Strong setting out experience is essential.
    • Proficient in the use of GPS, Total Station and surveying equipment.
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
    • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced construction environment.
