An established Cork-based residential developer is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a flagship high-rise residential project in Cork City. The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of a landmark development comprising approximately 200 apartments.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected developer with a strong pipeline of residential projects across Munster.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting out and surveying works across all stages of construction.
- Managing and maintaining accurate site records and as-built information.
- Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with design drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinating with site management, subcontractors, design teams and consultants.
- Assisting with quality control procedures and inspections.
- Monitoring progress and supporting project delivery against programme targets.
- Promoting and maintaining the highest standards of health and safety on site.
Requirements
- Degree qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years' experience working as a Site Engineer on residential, commercial or civil engineering projects.
- Strong setting out experience is essential.
- Proficient in the use of GPS, Total Station and surveying equipment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced construction environment.
