SAP EWM - PP/QM with PPDS - Lead Position in Cork
- Experience: Over 10 years in SAP S4 EWM - PP/QM with PPDS
- Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end business processes
- Implementation: At least 2-3 full life cycle implementations of SAP EWM - PP/QM with PPDS modules
- Industry Background: Experience in the Life Sciences sector
- Configuration Skills: Proficient and hands-on with technical configuration in:
- EWM operations: inbound and outbound processes, pick and putaway, serialization
- Scenarios including Cartalization, Stock Aggregation, Cross Orders, and Staging
- RF Scanner usage, label printing
- Integration design and development for 3PL/4PL
Additional SAP Modules:
- SAP Forecasting, Demand Management, Production Planning (MRP), and Shop Floor Execution
- PPDS expertise for production processes (e.g., MTS, MTO)
- Engineering Change Management and Order Change Management functionality
Quality Management (QM):
- Strong knowledge of QM areas, including Quality Planning, Quality Inspections (inbound, in-process, recurring, outbound), and integration with other quality software such as LIMS
- Proficient in material inspection, inspection results, and order release
Development and Testing:
- Thorough understanding of Enhancement SDLC processes, including RICEF
- Proficient in UT, SIT, and UAT cycles
