What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to both our sales and logistics departments
Accurately process sales orders, delivery dockets, purchase orders, and invoices
Maintain internal systems and ensure records are always up-to-date
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage general customer enquiries
Coordinate with drivers, customers, and suppliers to ensure seamless deliveries and collections
Welcome and assist visitors while supporting smooth interdepartmental communication
Assist with stock checks and generate relevant reports as needed
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role, ideally within logistics, transport, or sales
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident and professional when dealing with a high volume of people and queries
Proficient in Microsoft Office with a willingness to learn new systems quickly
Comfortable working fully on-site in our Kildorrery office
