Product Regulatory Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Product Regulatory Engineer to lead a global compliance for a companies product range. This role ensures the products meet all relevant international safety, performance, and environmental standards and manages approvals across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global regulatory compliance strategies.
• Monitor and interpret standards such as CPR, RED, LVD, EMC, RoHS, WEEE, UKCA, UL, CE, BSI, VdS.
• Manage product approvals, certifications, and documentation.
• Coordinate product testing with internal and external labs.
• Act as main contact for Notified Bodies and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain regulatory records and support QMS integration (ISO 9001).
• Support post-market compliance activities.

About You

• Degree in Engineering, Science, Law, or similar.
• 3+ years' experience in product regulatory roles within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of international regulatory frameworks and product approval processes.
• Experience working with Notified Bodies and certification agencies.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.

Desirable

• Master's degree or regulatory qualification.
• Experience in fire safety/security products.
• Global market access experience.
• Additional languages.
