I am delighted to be supporting a Cork-based multinational company on their requirement for a Project Administrator on an initial 12 month basis.
In this role you will provide administrative and operational support to Project Leads, enabling the efficient, compliant, and timely delivery of multi-country stakeholder engagement materials within a global environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project plans, trackers, and dashboards to monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate multi-step workflows including translation, regulatory submission, proofing, and distribution
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and track actions across cross-functional teams
- Liaise with internal cross functional stakeholders and external vendors to support alignment and timely delivery
- Support vendor coordination, including tracking deliverables, managing timelines, and consolidating feedback
- Ensure accurate documentation, version control, and file management within systems such as SharePoint and eTMF
- Perform quality checks on materials to ensure completeness, consistency, and readiness for approval
- Track regulatory submissions and approval timelines, escalating delays or risks as needed
- Support preparation of status updates and reporting for Project Delivery Leads
Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- High attention to detail, particularly in documentation and quality control
- Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint)
- Experience in project coordination, administration, or operations support
