IT Program Manager - Finance Transformation
Location: Cork (Hybrid)
We're looking for an experienced IT Program Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives across enterprise systems and data platforms.
This role suits someone with a strong technical foundation early in their career, who has since progressed into programme leadership, and is passionate about modernising finance systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end finance transformation programmes

Manage multi-stream IT delivery across finance systems, data, and integrations

Partner with Finance and IT stakeholders to deliver measurable business value

Oversee governance, budgets, timelines, risks, and vendor delivery

Ensure smooth transition from delivery into BAU operations
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in finance transformation or finance systems programmes

Background in IT programme/project management

Early-career hands-on technical experience

Degree in IT, BIS, Computer Science, or similar

Strong stakeholder management and delivery focus

Cork-based (or willing to be)
