Production Operator
Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a permanent full-time Production Operator to join our Production team.
The successful candidate will have previous production or factory experience, strong organisational skills, enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. The role operates on a shift rotation basis, and full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Carry out manufacturing activities in a safe manner that protects employees, visitors, and the working environment.
- Process products in accordance with quality standards and operational requirements.
- Participate in training and development activities as required.
- Demonstrate flexibility by working across different production areas and teams to support business needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets and maintain high standards.
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or factory environment.
- Good technical aptitude and practical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team-working abilities with a results-focused approach.
- Reliable, hardworking, and adaptable.
- Experience operating industrial CNC machinery would be advantageous but is not essential.
