Hours 07:30 am to 09:30am flex start and finish accordingly
Hourly pay - 22ph
Hybrid
Contract - 9 month with a strong possibilly of extentsion
Core Responsibilities
Personal Assistant Duties:
- Manage VP's calendar, travel, and meetings
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, follow up on actions
- Handle confidential info and assist with ad-hoc tasks
- Maintain office policies, supplies, and equipment
- Liaise with vendors and IT providers
- Coordinate meetings, events, and training room bookings
- Schedule medical appointments for the Industrial Dept
- Ensure workplace safety and organization
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Support space and infrastructure planning
- Ad Hoc duties
Requirements
Skills & Experience:
- Previous admin or PA experience an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented
- Good time management and problem-solving abilities
