A growing Cork business is seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Office Administrator to join their team. This office-based role offers a a flexible schedule, ideal for a professional looking to balance their commitments.
Hours: Up to 18 hours per week (Primarily focused on the morning but flexibility for the right candidate)
Location: Ovens Cork (Private transport is a necessity)
Financial & Admin: Maintain accounts software, process invoices, generate quotations, and manage filing systems.
Order Management: Process customer orders accurately, including price maintenance and shipping labels.
Customer Support: Handle inquiries via phone and email, providing professional and timely responses.
Operations: Assist with delivery scheduling, stock tracking, and quarterly stock-takes.
Sales Support: Aid in general sales administration duties.
Software Proficiency: Advanced user of Sage Line 50 Accounts and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional Experience: 3+ years in an office administration or support role.
Personality: Strong organizational skills, a keen eye detail, and the ability to work independently.
Communication: Fluent English speaker with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Bonus Skills: Sales knowledge and experience
