Part Time Data Administrator
Location: Cork City Suburbs
Duration: 6 month Temporary
Salary: 17ph
About the Role
We are seeking a detail oriented Data Administrator to join our client's team on a part time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to business operations by managing, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of critical data. The role offers flexibility and the chance to work closely with different departments to support data driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain data management procedures and standards
- Manage access permissions and ensure data security protocols are followed
- Clean, validate, and maintain data accuracy and reliability
- Generate reports and dashboards to support business operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data related issues
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleansing)
- Experience using SAP for data entry, reporting, and process management
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Knowledge of data privacy and protection standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- Entry-Level: 1-3 years in data entry, database administration, or data support
- Mid/Senior Level: 3-5+ years of relevant experience
