Order Management Specialist

Morgan McKinley is currently recruiting for a well-established organization in the pharmaceutical industry. To support their continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their Sales Support team based in Cork with a specialist dedicated to operational and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing manual orders and handle the financial paperwork (credits/debits) to keep accounts balanced;
• Acting as the main point of contact to fix delivery issues or disputes, working closely with the warehouse and logistics teams;
• Tracking the team's performance and report these results to management.
• Supporting the sales support team in general and training new members.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 2 years experience as a sales support member of a business with knowledge of customer service and order processing;
• Fluency in English & Native or C2 Level in German language
