The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while supporting multiple stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Providing comprehensive administrative and office support

Managing diaries, meetings, and correspondence

Preparing documents, reports, and presentations

Coordinating with internal departments and external partners

Maintaining accurate records and office systems

Supporting ad hoc projects as required
About You

Proven experience in an office administration or similar role

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

High attention to detail and a proactive approach

Confident using MS Office and office systems

Experience in a corporate or multinational environment is an advantage
