Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager for a critical EU Pay Transparency compliance project. You will bridge the gap between HR workstreams and IT delivery teams, ensuring seamless data flow from internal systems into a Pay Management platform.
This is a part-time contract role requiring a specialist who can oversee complex integrations and manage technical dependencies across global time zones.
Responsibilities
- Integration Management: Lead the technical delivery of two automated integrations: Workday and Service now to the Pay Management Platform.
- Technical Bridge: Facilitate communication between the external vendor, internal integration teams, and HR data owners.
- Testing & Deployment: Design and oversee the integration testing (UAT) and deployment phases to ensure data integrity.
- Contingency Planning: Manage the roadmap toward a June 1st "Go-Live," including the preparation of short-term manual workarounds if technical blockers arise.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: Strong background in managing IT integrations across diverse platforms.
- System Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Workday and/or ServiceNow integrations is highly preferred.
- Vendor Management: Experience working alongside third-party SaaS implementation teams.
- Data Ecosystems: Understanding of data extraction and flow from environments like Snowflake.
