Highly experienced HR Manager/Snr HRBP required to join a leading organisation as they embark on their growth journey.
Reporting directly to the HRD, the HR Manager will be responsible for leading the HR agenda for the organisation. It will support the SLT on all people related matters, whilst also managing day-to-day HR operations.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing the HR strategy for the organisation, supporting the senior leaders/managers within the assigned business units, policies and procedures, recruitment and HR projects as required.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record operating in a similar role for 5+ years. A strong working knowledge of Irish Employment Law is required and Union experience highly desirable.
