We are partnering with a market-leading Group headquartered in Cork to find a Strategic Growth Expert. This isn't just a role; it's a seat at the table during a major strategic evolution.
The Mission
Following a high-velocity period of acquisitions, our client is pivoting. While M&A remains core, the focus is expanding into:

International Strategy: Reviewing and optimising growth platforms across Europe and the UK

Landscape Research: Identifying the next frontier of strategic partnerships.

Capital Structuring: Leading on debt restructuring and investment raising to fuel future ambitions.
The Impact 💥
This is one of the highest-visibility roles in the Cork market. You will work within a flat, agile team where your work is seen by every Director in the company, with a direct line to the Group CFO. If you are looking for a role that acts as a springboard into executive leadership, this is it.
The Ideal Profile
We are looking for a "Relationship-Orientated" expert. You should be someone who can challenge constructively and build rapport with diverse stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

Expertise: Core Corporate Finance background is essential (M&A, Financing, Strategic Research).

Experience: Ideally 6+ years PQE, but we prioritise experience over formal qualification. If you have a 10-year track record of high-level commercial M&A, we want to talk to you.

Sector: Backgrounds in FMCG or Consumer Goods are highly valued.
