Grade IV Clerical Officer - Glanmire

I am currently supporting a key client within a vital healthcare service setting on their requirement for a Grade IV Clerical Officer on an initial 3 month basis. This is an immediate requirement so only those available immediately can be considered on this occasion.

Location: Glanmire

Working hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Fully onsite position with occasional requirement to work from other office locations in Cork

The ideal candidate will have finely tuned attention to detail as the role will involve;

- Supporting a head of service in an administration capacity

- Attending and minuting meetings, as well as drafting and circulating agenda and post meeting action points.

- Working in an environment with evolving priorities and adapting to needs on a daily basis.

- Meticulous record keeping

-Interdepartmental liaison, collaborating with fellow clerical officers, staff officers and leadership.

The ideal candidate needs to have a minimum of 3 years experience in a highly regulated setting. You will have strong coordination skills and be highly adaptable.
