Grade III Clerical Officer Wilton

I am currently working with a vital healthcare service in Cork in their search for an experienced Administrator to support their team in Wilton on an initial 3 month basis with strong possibility of extension. You will be an important cog in the functioning of a busy and in demand service and will collaborate with fellow administration staff as well as clinical staff.

This is an immediate requirement with an ASAP start!

Hourly pay rate: €16.87

Location: Wilton

Working week: 35 hours - 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Your typical day will involve;

• Planning and preparing for clinics including file gathering and preparation
• Attending and minuting minutes both in person and virtually
• Processing referrals and liaising with counterparts in other areas of the service
• Meticulous record keeping

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience in an administration based position. You will have acute attention to detail and be familiar with note taking functions of Microsoft Teams, as well as other streamlining and operational efficiencies.
