This is an elite, senior executive mandate designed for a heavyweight leader possessing a highly unique intersection of Global Finance and Sales Operations leadership. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance, the successful candidate will steer operational efficiency, process transformation, and sales performance management for a multi-billion-dollar Global Commercial Organization (GCO).
The Candidate Evaluation Criteria

- Large Matrixed MNCs: Extensive tenure navigating highly complex, matrixed global corporate ecosystems.
- SalesOps Experience: Full-scale ownership of Sales Operations functions (beyond localized deal desks), encompassing sales compensation, incentive planning, and quota administration.
- FP&A / Business Finance Experience: Deep corporate finance planning background with a track record of driving revenue and margin optimization.
- Accounting Experience: Sound baseline technical accounting knowledge, specifically around SOX control environments and process governance.
- Global Role Experience: Proven capacity to manage complex operational functions globally, encompassing cross-regional footprints beyond EMEA-only mandates.
- Executive Exposure: High-impact presence with the capability to advise and influence C-suite, VP, and senior commercial sales leadership.

Core Responsibilities
- Sales Performance & Incentives: Build and execute critical metrics for sales productivity, pipeline conversion, and efficiency. Sit on the Global Commercial Incentives Committee to design and align sales compensation frameworks with global corporate targets.
- Pricing & Revenue Governance: Oversee global pricing structures, establishing system rules and discounting guidelines for global/regional accounts. Drive end-to-end Channel Revenue and Gross-to-Net (GtN) optimization processes.
- SOX Control & Compliance Oversight: Act as the Control VP and Business Process Owner (BPO) for sales operations internal controls, maintaining transaction approval matrices and system thresholds.
- Process Transformation: Partner with global Finance, Legal, and IT functions to lead business finance process automation, reducing operational complexity.
- Executive Team Leadership: Direct, build, and upscale a high-performing international team across distinct global geographies.
Executive Qualifications
- Experience Baseline: Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience evenly balanced across global corporate finance and sales operations functions.
- Systems & Data Literacy: Advanced proficiency utilizing complex CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), automated sales analytics tools, and financial operation ecosystems.
- Academic Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; an MBA or relevant advanced professional qualification is highly preferred.
