Front of house patient liaison

We are seeking a professional, organised, and patient-focused Front of House Patient Liaison to join a busy clinic team. This is a key position at the heart of key service, acting as the first point of contact for patients while supporting consultants and clinical staff in delivering an exceptional standard of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, GPs, and consultants, responding to queries promptly and professionally
- Manage a busy switchboard and patient portal, ensuring accurate and timely message distribution
- Provide patients with clear information and relevant documentation regarding their treatment
- Register patients across internal and external patient platforms
- Coordinate and manage appointment bookings for all new patients
- Process payments in line with clinic policy, issue invoices, and upload receipts to the patient portal
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information
- Keep accurate records of first consultation bookings
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to consultants and clinical staff as required
- Assist with diary management to optimise clinic resources and service delivery
- Prepare daily clinic lists and patient charts in advance
- Organise and process referral letters efficiently

We are seeking a candidate with experience in a clinical administrative role; however, individuals from a luxury hospitality background often transition very successfully into this position.
The ideal applicant will be professional and well-presented, articulate, with the academic aptitude to successfully complete and engage with an in depth training programme.
