Front of House Administrator
About the job
I am delighted to be working with a highly valuable service in Cork on their requirement for a Front of House Administrator on a temporary basis for 10 weeks. This role provides vital support to the community so has people at the heart of it.
Hourly pay rate: €17
Working hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday ( 35 hour week)
Location: Cork City
This role involves;
· Meet and greet at front of house and maintaining a welcoming reception area
· Registering individuals to the service and handling phone and in person queries
· Updating internal databases
· Administrative support as required to assist in the smooth running of the service
· Record keeping and data entry
· Clerical support to fundraising
· Booking meeting rooms and arranging any necessary provisions
This role will suit an experienced Administrator with excellent people-skills and strong empathy.
