Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time
- Manage and allocate incoming payments
- Maintain customer accounts and receivable records
- Process receipts and cash transactions in line with company procedures
- Investigate and resolve customer account queries
- Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliations
- Identify and resolve payment or billing discrepancies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar accounts or finance support role is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in Excel and general accounting systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for a diverse and fast-paced position
