We are partnering with an innovative global SaaS organisation to recruit an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded customer success professional who thrives on building strategic client relationships, driving product adoption, and delivering measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers.
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to customers while working closely with internal teams to maximise customer value, retention, and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders and become a trusted strategic partner
- Drive customer adoption and engagement across the platform
- Identify opportunities for account growth and generate leads for the sales team
- Understand customer business challenges and align solutions to desired business outcomes
- Deliver customer training and onboarding support to ensure successful platform adoption
- Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate ROI and positive customer outcomes
- Collaborate with sales, onboarding, project management, and support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Manage and escalate customer issues where required, ensuring timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems and CRM tools
- Support customer retention initiatives and contribute to high CSAT and NPS performance
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Strategic Account Management, or SaaS Sales
- Strong experience managing enterprise-level customer relationships within a B2B technology environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercially aware with the ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts
- Ability to understand technical products and explain solutions clearly to customers
- Experience using Salesforce, ChurnZero, or similar CRM/customer success platforms
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred, though equivalent experience will also be considered
