• Lead, mentor, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Transactions Team
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
• Oversee the team's support throughout the M&A deal lifecycle
• Manage the team's client communication and coordination
• Act as a point of escalation and drive process improvements
• Ensure effective support to senior transaction staff and directors
• Monitor team performance and facilitate development

• Proven leadership experience in a demanding operational setting, ideally financial services
• Strong understanding of financial operations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organised and able to manage pressure and deadlines
