Job Title: Manufacturing Assembler

Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Assembler to join our team in Eastgate, Little Island. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and processing finished goods in compliance with company quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This role involves working collaboratively within a team environment to meet production goals and maintain a high standard of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities

Adhere to company procedures and quality standards at all times.

Assemble complex components and finished products in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).

Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions accurately.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team-based projects.

Ensure all activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with specifications.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, following cleanroom protocols.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the production process.

Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.

Work flexible or extended hours as required to support production demands.

Report operational or quality issues to the Operations Manager in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of Leaving Certificate or equivalent; relevant GMP experience is an advantage.

Previous experience in a production or assembly role preferred.

Experience in biopharma, pharmaceutical, or cleanroom environments is desirable.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents, procedures, and drawings.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Willingness to wear and properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Good manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks efficiently.
