Provide executive leadership across a national multi-site contract logistics network, ensuring operational excellence, service quality, and scalable growth.

Lead the commercial strategy for warehousing and distribution solutions, supporting business development and strengthening long-term partnerships with major strategic customers.
Act as executive sponsor for key accounts, ensuring best-in-class service delivery and the development of innovative supply chain solutions.

We are seeking a senior logistics executive with proven board or executive-level leadership experience within large-scale contract logistics or third-party logistics environments.
Key experience should include:
15+ years' leadership experience in contract logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or 3PL/4PL environments.
Extensive experience managing large multi-site warehouse and distribution operations.
Demonstrated track record of leading complex customer supply chain solutions for major national or multinational clients.
Proven experience managing significant P&L responsibility within large operational environments.
Strong commercial and strategic capability, including contract negotiation, solution design, and business development.
Experience leading large operational teams and senior leadership groups across multiple locations.
Strong background in operational excellence, transformation, and continuous improvement.
Ability to operate confidently at board and executive level, influencing stakeholders across complex organisations.
Strong understanding of automation, digital supply chain technologies, and modern logistics infrastructure.
