The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across Cork and the wider Munster region.
This is a field-based role focused on winning new business, developing long-term client relationships, and growing revenue across the construction sector. You'll work closely with an established recruitment team while enjoying the autonomy to develop your own territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business across the construction sector
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors and developers
- Generate and convert new sales opportunities
- Achieve revenue and growth targets
- Manage pipeline activity through CRM
- Work closely with recruitment teams to deliver outstanding service
About You
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or recruitment
- Construction industry or labour hire experience is desirable
- Strong commercial mindset and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to develop new business
- Full clean driving licence
