Job Description

I am working with an expanding company in Waterford for an exciting opportunity for an experienced Support Specialist to be part of a growing team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing technical and business solutions to clients.

  • Manage customer inquiries in JIRA Service Desk ticketing system.

  • Continuous development and improvement of relationships with stakeholders.

  • Working on issues individually and as part of the team.

  • Ability to meet performance and SLA metrics set.

  • Working with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher with professional experience in computer related technologies.

  • Working experience with SQL.

  • Fundamental understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

  • A methodical approach to problem-solving.
