Job Description

Purchase Ledger Clerk - Maternity Contract - Waterford

My client, a leading Engineering company based in Waterford, is seeking a purchase ledger clerk for a 6/7 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creditors - Invoice Processing & Review
  • Subcontractor Invoice Processing
  • Matching and costing all invoices to Purchase Orders/Requisitions/Projects
  • Managing Invoice Approval System
  • Weekly Review/Discussion with Procurement re any PO/Invoice Issues
  • New supplier set up forms
  • Creditor Reconciliations

Key Requirements:

  • Part Qualified/ Qualified Accounts Technician
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word/ Excel
