Experienced Accounts Technician required for 6 month Contract role with a Tipperary based Company . Immediate start required.
This temporary role is ideal for someone who has experience of preparing management accounts. The successful candidate will work closely with the Financial Controller and will be required to work on site.
Assisting in the preparation of Monthly Management Accounts.
Cash Flow Management including management of invoice discounting function
Postings to Nominal Ledger
Management creditors payment
Assisting with development of annual Budgets and monitoring performance on a regular basis
Revenue Reports - Monthly Intrastat and Vies Returns
Support sales team in providing up to date sales reports and analysis
Assisting staff with ERP queries.Assist in running Monthly direct debits to Bank
Customer VAT number Checks & Compliance
Bank reconciliations. All bank accounts.
Vat Returns - Bi-Monthly
Accounting Technician Qualification or equivalent
Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar position
Highly IT efficient experienced in using spreadsheets, report creation & presentation
Experience in working with International suppliers
Ability to operate using your own initiative in a flexible & dynamic organisation
Strong communication skills regarding working with colleagues, customers and suppliers
Experienced in developing and implementing robust systems and controls
Experience with customer/vendor processes, escalations and resolution
Strong ERP experience
Knowledge of Supply chain/Logistics and advantage
