Talent Advisor

Salary: €35-38,000

Location: Remote Working Available to Candidates based in Ireland

The role comes with variety and responsibility including providing support to the team in the development and delivery of the Graduate Talent programmes. The successful candidate must have full knowledge of the recruitment process and excellent organisational skills. Apply Today!

The Role:

  • Partnering with the business and HR to attract, develop, engage and retain early career talent
  • Preparation for annual graduate (and intern) intakes including induction and training schedules
  • Assistance with the collation of information for team reports and dashboard updates to the business
  • Preparation for graduate career events
  • Attend and represent the business on-campus and in-house student events and presentations
  • General administrative support
  • Overall responsibility for maintaining training records and submission for grant funding
  • Acting as a figure head for the talent pipeline audiences as a point of contact for queries or calls for support
  • Managing communication and delivery of presentations to the business on all aspects of the Early Careers agenda
  • Recording and monitoring of all costs, invoices and expenses associated with the Graduate Talent programmes

Requirements:

  • Relevant administrative experience essential
  • Experience in recruitment
  • Experience in delivering presentations/ training advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
  • Methodical and consistent approach with excellent organisation and administration skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in an efficient manner and prioritise workload to ensure all deadlines are achieved
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to changing priorities
  • Excellent IT skills are a must, including: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Social Media Skills: Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn
